Yestreday I deviated a bit and had ravioli and cheese and crackers. My body just seemed to be craving carbohydrates. I'm back on track this morning and hope when I weigh myself next week the results won't be devastating.
I keep reminding myself this is a marathon. It's difficult when I would like to snap my fingers and be 140 lbs. I'm buying myself a pair of walking sneakers today and will try to start with three days a week and build from there.
Good luck to all.

Good news, just tea and club soda last night, no food.
I really feel like I accomplish something when I get through a night without eating. One day at a time.

Tonight was baked fish, brown rice with waterchestnuts, scallions and carrots mixed in and some mashed acorn squash. Not bad. I had a weight watcher's yogurt for dessert. Not bad and only 100 cal.
I'm drinking lot's of club soda and tea. If I don't eat at night I think I will be okay, but it's hard. I hope it gets easier.

I got through the night without eating anything, that is a big accomplishment. Lots of herbal tea and water.
Had fat free cottage cheese with blueberries for breakfast and packed turkey breast, veggies and grapes for lunch. Hope I can do it.
I'm hoping to buy a pair of walking sneakers this weekend, that's a real problem for me, exercise.
Oh well, good luck to all for the weekend.

I had red meat for dinner, the first time in a while, also a lot of veggies. Now comes the hard part, I always get hungry in the evening. I'm going to try to drink tons of water and make some tea, hopefully I won't eat.
