I decided against the 6 day cleanse. Instead I am making goals for myself daily and weekly. This week I am concentrating on not eating past 7:30pm & getting 8 glasses of water in a day. It's working well, I lost 2 lbs. Exercise is the same; 5-6 times a week, cardio and strength. I feel great! Just got a Wii Fit Plus for Christmas, helps to keep me on trace, also. The Wii Fit scale is off by 8 lbs. So it says I am 8 lbs lighter than I really am...I like it! :o)

Holidays are here and I am so weak to the temptation of sweets! I plan on doing a 6 day cleanse at the start of January to kick start a weight loss and reach my goal next year.
