I was enlightened by Beyonce and her doc... she spoke eloquently about a few subjects on being a woman, mother, and wife that really hit home. I was especially delighted when she spoke about her feelings and how she releases her thoughts when she feels the need to talk to someone. I contemplated the option to use my webcam too. Overall, I was impressed by everything she spoke about and now I am ready to take control of my health, life, and everything that is hurdled my way. During my presentations I get very excited to share two things about what has made my recovery possible. One coping (exercise)... there is a part in my presentation that I name specifics on what types of exercises I do...Cardio, Fat Burning, Yoga, Pilattes etc.. and the second my successes hopes and dreams... But Unfortunately, I have fallen short on those two very things that I discuss and that are mainly important to me.. I haven't been exercising consistently and no.. I haven't been putting my best foot forward with my goals of achieving successes... my hand has been forced to reinvent and redesign my life goals because ultimately it has been imperative to my overall health.
On February 14th I decided to start a tradition that is not new .. however it involves something that I have been lacking in my life for almost 20 years which is learning to love myself period... So I am ready to embark on this journey as it will lead to me being sixty pounds less.
