AAAAHHHHH! This past week has been CRAZY! Usually if when I'm dieting I can jump right in, this time it's been crazy. So I can't get hung up on "Darn, i fell off the wagon", instead I need to get hung up on "you need to lose, get your chubby but ON the wagon"! (Or at least walking beside it. lol)
This is a never ending journey but I have never been one to give up. I know I can do this!

Today was a total loss and I didn't feel like journaling because I thought that i had "blown" it from day one. What I've realized after journaling my food and exercise, I didn't "blow" it as bad as I thought I had.
This will undoubtedly be a LONG journey, but I've learned to laugh more, there will be setbacks and that I'm not alone. I WILL HAVE SUCCESS THIS TIME!!!!!
