Well i screwed up and ate two pieces of pizza bad idea and now I'm paying for it with terrible cramps ugh so disappointed in my self. But tomorrow is another day hopefully I'll get back on track

This is gonna be a hard diet to stick to but for my health it'll be worth it. My dr suggested a low carb no dairy and no gluten.... I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease so I can't have gluten at all. Also I have lactose intolerance so definitely no dairy i will get my calcium and vitamin d from other sources. I have a hard time losing weight due to pcos any one have any suggestions on how I can lose the weight and stay on track

Just started out on my weight loss journey about 5 days ago. haven't weighed myself again yet waiting until Sunday before I weigh hoping I've made some progress.
