Starting HCG diet....1st 2 days "load days" so about 2000-5000 calories:( ugh im not even into eating all crazy like that. I 95% time eat very healthy organic home grown meat and veggies, make my own bread ect. But 40 lbs extra on my 5' 3 frame. I have 4 daughters.and one son. And have always been able to get to a healthy weight after having them, however my last 2 daughters are 13 mo apart. So having a 3 mo old and getting preggers, really seemed to confuse my body! Im ready now:) 168 at 33 yrs old is not ok for me! Good luck to all, even though im probably writing this to myself..lol

November 8th load day #2 170.2

NOV 9th 1st day 168.2
NOV 10th 2nd day 167.6
NOV 11th 3rd day 165.8
NOV 12th
NOV 13th
NOV 14th
NOV 15th

END OF FIRST WEEK. TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS= LBS
