I've been off track for a while now. I still track and work out. I'm in a terrible mind set right now. I plan to get back to basics before the holidays and go back to meetings. I know I will be successful because I want to take nutrition to the next level.

I have rededicated myself to healthy eating. I am ready to take it to the next level, which requires another change in mind set. Here I go!

Okay, I've got to stay on for awhile. The Cancun trip is coming up in 2 months. Operation get ripped for the trip is definitely in effect.

I have done better with reining in the sweet tooth and blt's. I think the warmer weather makes me crave lighter meal and fewer snack...maybe it's losing the extra clothing from winter as well. I will continue to do what works which is measure everything and count everything. Keep it up girl!
