A gain this week? Really...Um, YESSS.
I didn't eat very well this week--especially this weekend.
I was expecting a gain, so I wasn't surprised.
It's back on plan today. I need to be on plan...I feel really yucky!
Ew.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Also, if you've been part of the snow storm--please stay safe! We got a few inches here last night and we might get a little more.

I am not sure what to record for my weight this week. I need a new scale so badly it isn't even funny. This morning it weighed me anywhere from 255 to 273. I was 267 last week.
I know I probably didn't have a loss this week, but I'm not so sure that I gained 6 pounds either. So, I just left it the same as last week...
Last week I only had ONE day of completely clean eating. The other days I would do fine all day until I got home from work, then it was all downhill. *sigh*
This week I am going to focus on CLEAN eating. I'll be having my shakes for breakfast again too--that seemed to help before and they're tasty too.
I am so thirsty. I'm going to guzzle a bottle of water and then hit the hay. Gotta work in the morning.

Wow!
I have now lost 30.8 pounds from my highest weight (ever) of 298 pounds. That is fantastic! :) I intend on seeing the number of pounds lost grow bigger rather than my weight.
I did go off plan this week for Thanksgiving, but I still managed to lose 2.6 pounds. That right there is awesome!
I am pumped! =D

Wow! I'm feeling great!
I know you shouldn't weigh yourself every day, but I do. I try not to dwell on the numbers since I know that your weight fluctuates from day to day. Well, anyhow--I stepped on the scale this morning to see 272.2 pounds which is down -3.4 pounds just since yesterday.
I'm not cheating on my diet and I'm finding myself 100% committed! It's especially hard this time of year with Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner. I have already been planning my "plan of attack" for Thanksgiving. I need to find a low carb, healty dessert that I can make. Also, maybe I'll provide some extra veggies for the veggie tray!
I can do this!
I was crunching numbers this morning and realized that I have lost 25.8 pounds from my highest weight of 298 pounds. That is amazing. Now, granted, 10.8 of those pounds just came off in the last 2 weeks. :) I'll take it!

PS. I am just a few pounds away from the 260's! I haven't been in the 260's since late 2007! =D *overjoyed*

I am excited about my weight this week. I have lost 5.4 pounds the last 2 weeks. :) I hope to keep it up and keep losing--even though I know the weight loss *might* slow down.
