It's been a little over a month since school got out and I've gained 11 pounds since then. When I was in school I was constantly walking from class to class even up to the lightrail to transport me to campus. Ever since school stoppedI've been sitting around the house doing nothing- just eating. I know, gross. It's not that I don't like exercise, it do, the hard part for me is telling myself to get up and do it. After weighing myself today I realize that I am almost back up to 180 lbs. About 2 years ago I lost 20 lbs. I am only 9 pounds away from my start weight. My mom swears it doesn't look like I'm gaining weight( trust me, she would say if I did,) but I'm worried that's because she sees me everyday. I haven't seen my boyfriend in about a week and I was at about 165 then. I'm afraid that he'll notice. I know he won't break up with me for it, it's more of me being ashamed of myself. Something needs to be done. I need all the help and motivation that I can get. Someone out there please help me stay motivated. I can't take this any longer.
