i gained a pound. ugh! i hate junk food.
exercise started at 7:53pm
stretched for 30 minutes
sit-ups: 100
push-ups: 50
used dumbells for 20 minutes
strecthed for 30 minutes
ended at 9:30pm
coolness. :] good work everyone + me. whooooo!

I hate holidays. I was basically forced to eat, and I couldn't work out at all for many reasons. My cousin's husband intimidates me and I just can't work out anywhere, but my room and outside. But since it was way too cold outside for my liking, I couldn't even go outside. Ugh! I hate winter.
But hey! I woke up this morning and worked out for the second time this weekend. I didn't even have to force myself. I feel better already. :]

i lost 3lbs...i'm proud of myself...i didn't expect myself to follow a diet...i realized that i'm hungry every 4 hours...it's really annoying...'cause i want to make my stomach stop making obnoxious noises, but i'm a diet schedule. :P

so, i gained three pounds. i'm not too happy right now. it's really stress related. when i'm really stressed out, i eat... a lot. i feel really guilty and i'm really tempted to just do something that i haven't done in weeks.
anyway, i was thinking about buying diet pills... i guess it's better to use that then smoke weed. :]
anyone ever try NV?
