Using a wristwatch timer for re-presencing my brain to my commitment. Incredibly simplistic: Set countdown timer for :30 mins (repeat at end) every time it goes off, I "check in" with my 1) water intake (winter time seems to make me less thirsty, and I know I am underhydrated most days) and I chug 8 to 10 oz h20. 2) I consider when the next meal will be best consumed cuz a my hectic schedule. 3) I remind myself of important tasks (like checking in here, even when I don't "feel like it", lol)
