I am so fat that I'm miserable. My hips hurt during the night and as I rise from bed. I believe part of that is aging process, but exacerbated by excess weight,
since I carry most of my weight in the hips, behind, and stomach.
I am pretty sedentary when I get home from work. I sit in front of this damned computer and vegetate. I hope to begin walking, if only for fifteen minutes.
I feel best when I eat very few carbs and almost no raw sugar. I will try to follow a low carb diet. Preferably, Atkins.
