In week 1 of the walking challenge, I was busy doing
other things and not focusing. The second week I will incorporate the walking while I am in the pool and also before I go to the fitness club to do classes. Week 2= Monday 8/19 = 1 mile, 8/20 = 1 mile, 8/21 = 1 mile and 8/22 = 0.9 mile.
