The weight is really sticking! Awesome! :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.9 % (within average results)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.4 (this one apparently went up. I insisted on looking for any imperfection in how I was taking the measurement but it definitely looked like this was it lol. It's apparently going up) I believe it's temporary though. Especially now that I'm adding more daily exercise for the next 23 days. I've just noticed 58.7 isn't my recent lowest after all. I've been at 58.6 already but I'll be there again! :)

edit: The first day of the Brazen Fit 24-days Ab Challenge was piece of cake. The 5 crunches and 5 leg raises were symbolical and the 10 second plank was only marginally challenging. But this is the purpose of the first day - to be easy :)

edit: Going to bed! heheh. See Y'all tomorrow! ;)

This weight is equivalent to my recent best but I weighed the same yesterday lol, which is great since it would usually go up. :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.5 % (average among recent results)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.3 cm (as long as it doesn't go up! lol)

I have eaten too much in a single meal, again, yesterday. I cooked two beef steaks in the oven and the plan was to eat one and save the other one for later, but it tasted so good that I just didn't resist eating the other one right afterwards. But it's looking like, despite my very recent slips, my exercise regimen is cushioning the consequences... (I hope) lol.

Gonna exercise right now. The fact that it's now a daily routine really helps me stay on track with it.

edit: In the next 24 days, I will be focusing particularly on abs. I was just invited to participate in the Brazen Fit 24-days Ab Challenge :) Since I'm doing daily calisthenics, this will fit well into the routine and I'm doing this because I'm genuinely curious as to whether specific insistence on the abs have a special effect on belly reduction :) I'm looking forward for this. I will be posting the nº of repetitions on my daily journal from tomorrow on :) Here's the training plan to anyone who's interested ;) http://tinyurl.com/o2r4tas

The weight is great considering I haven't been able to keep to the ideal RDI (I think the daily push ups, pull ups added to the indoor cycling have a decisive impact on this. I went from 2 to just 1 set of each but still it appears to make the difference. When I was just doing daily indoor cycling I didn't have this progress. I also used to have a similar progress when I was doing daily indoor cycling along with a full weight training circuit every 6 days or so.

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.6 % (higher but still within my usual results)

waist measurement: 80.3 cm (this is really great as, usually, this result would be the result of a fluctuation but, this time, it's lasting for more than a just a couple of days.

Today (and yesterday) I haven't bothered measuring blood pressure and heart rate because I have been having a positive progress with the daily calisthenics. I think that over-training can be ruled out with this specific exercise setting. :)

edit: Welcome to my circle of buddies The Love Of Fit! :)
