I'm impressed and happy that the weight didn't sling-shot back up! :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.4 % (Good result, within the usual).

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.4 cm! Awesome! Keep going keep going! lol.

Today I didn't seem to have "exercised in my sleep" like yesterday lol.

edit: Yesterday I finally started my new split weight training routine. I'm using Google Chrome's extension "Stopwatch" to time each routine's rest period in hours. Yesterday's routine was pecs and triceps so it only involved calisthenics since I don't have a bench at home. Today is Back, Biceps and Forearm day (I'm only doing 1 set for each exercise at the moment because it would take too much time otherwise) :)

Wow! My weight has been really anxious to get off me these last two days! lol I don't know what's happening. I wish I could tell what I did! :) I have been having an irregular sleep schedule, which somewhat affected the amount of food eaten between sleeping but wow! :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 9.0 % - This is similar to my last results.

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.4 cm hmmmm... lol. This is what I'm a little worried about. With any luck, it's just gas. When I'm sleepy my bowels don't work 100% lol.

I've been sleepy almost since I woke up today, right now I'm almost falling lol. I think I'm going to leave the food logging for tomorrow. This time it's all properly written down ;)

These results are kind of bitter-sweet since the reading I give the most importance to, is my waist and, today, it looked like it was between 80.3 and 80.4 cm (this is especially disappointing after that other day's 80.0 cm lol). Luckily, I take this losing-fat-thing very very lightly - I'm kind of a weekend warrior, spirit-wise, on this battle since my main effort is more on the fronts of health and physical strength, while I see "getting slimmer" as a very attractive bonus that I'm growing progressively fond of, and perhaps even hooked to, perhaps due to the influence of my fellow fat-secret dwellers heheh. I find this a good thing though because physical appearance definitely has a considerable impact on your life and it's also difficult to separate being slim from being healthy on many aspects.

This waist reading didn't totally shake my optimism on that "getting slimmer" front however, especially since my weight kind of came to the rescue today heheh.

The computer has been complicating things a little lately. Not properly issues but "complications" with software (the domino-effect-type complications lol)


Can anyone, participating on the Brazen Ab-Challenge, please confirm whether we're on the 6th day of the challenge? My fat-secret profile is still on day 5 :)
