Last couple of days I haven't ate much. When my anxiety is high I can't eat. Anyways, I just can't seem to get passed the 140 mark. Frustrating and not very encouraging for me.

Doing good eating and I got some green tea to have in mornings. I'm also taking green tea fat burning pills to help with eating and exercise. I didn't workout 5 days but I got 3 days in. I trouble with energy. I can wake up and still feel sluggish all day. I hate it.

my scale said i lost 0.8 but that prob bc i went to bathroom. i exercised 6 days last week yesterday day of rest plus i was sore.

ive heardbits difficult to lose weight after tubes getting tide. hope that is wrong. well today is week two
gotta have motivation and keep trying. any ideas wud be helpful. its hard dieting right now. no cash to buy food toll next week
