I hereby protest today's weight as being the result of either muscle weight gain, sleeping in before weighing, or some other ridiculousness, having avoided all the candy at the boy scout halloween party, eaten right, and run my butt off yesterday. Here's to tomorrow <grmblegrrmble>

I hate bounce up days. But I underestimated apple cider's calories for sure, and I ate more servings of dinner than I planned. Oh well, it'll go back down, gotta remind myself that if I lost this week's highest to lowest full amount every week it would be very unhealthy so this is just as well.
