Still trying to balance out the carbs, good fat and protein. Seems like the fat is still winning and the carbs are getting better, way under my calorie intake tho. Kind of worried about my weight loss this week. Heard if you aren't eating enough you gain fat cause your body is ready to go into survival mode.

Today is the day I really get with it. Holidays are over and I'm over this weight thing. Been really exercising everyday but gained 3 lbs since January 1st so I am at my all time high. This has got to stop and it's stopping NOW!!!! I don't want to have my own program the 600 lb woman.....

Trying to start the new year off right, early....going to be difficult. Now having to go to a new years eve dinner, doing new years day watching football around munchies, making tamales with the sister in laws and then birthday dinner on Saturday night....WOW! Not going to be easy.
