working hard to take off 4 I have put on over the summer :( , I have change my eating and up my work outs. I am hoping to reach my goal of 10 pounds , With having PCOS not always easy to do but am working on it :)

Ok spoke with my trainer tonight after my work out and I KNOW I KNOW it is my diet that is holding me back . I am not super Bad but I am not a Saint . I have change something for the better and now need to change somemore . I am getting back on the road :0)

Got work out 1 of the week in 3 more to go :) keep looking at my food intake and where I can be better .

I am back and restating my goals :) here is to day one !! Work outs are good 3 to 4 times a week . Food is not great that is what I am going to work on most .
