Thank you all and nice to meet you! My first day was actually better than expected. Ate meat, an egg and half a tomato. The hardest for me is the milk with the coffee and also avoiding vegetables, I got the recommendation of having only half a tomato a day during the first weeks of the diet. Do you know is another vegetable can be also good at this stage of the diet?
