Life interupts the weight loss :S
I never realized how tenuous motivation is for weight loss. I was doing really well, then I got called home when my dad was admitted to the hospital back on September (2011). He later passed away and I haven't be able to find my motivation since. I've decided that today, being June 1st...is the first day of my return to weight loss. My goal is the same (175) and I have just over 20lbs to get there....I can do this!
