ok..so today I weighed myself.. i had previously weighed in at 288... this morning I weighed myself and saw 280 on the scale.. and I was so happy and encouraged and felt like 'FINALLY' I'M ON MY WAY!!...
only to realize that i read the scale wrong - didn't have my glasses on. i'm actually at 290 - and the psychological reaction was sudden and dramatic. i felt useless.. as those numbers increase - my hope dwindles..
i know i haven't been feeling well lately.. and i haven't done any physical activity.. and my appetite has been ridiculous - i feel like a big ball of blubber.
i'm going to walk today to see if I can't shake this off.

this has been a tough week.. too much stress.. not enough planning time.. but today I went grocery shopping and picked up everythign i'm going to need for this week.. snacks, fruits, meals, everything.;) i'm psyched to really get started.. my mini goal is to lose 7 pounds by april 7th for the seminar.

ok.. yesterday wasn't terrible.. but it wasn't great. I need to organize my meals better. and i have to get my ass out of the chair and go walking.
tommorrow will be day one for excercise. No excuses.
