Today I'm discouraged. Didn't expect the weight to go up .6 lbs. I know I have to get up and move more to get this to work. I find to many excuses not too. Too cold, too tired, too achy. Wish I could find a local buddy to get out and walk with. My fiancee is ill and not able to get out and move with me. Have to decide to make it happen and do it. Get up, get out, move - no more snacking after dinner. Goal for the next week - get out and walk until I build up a sweat, twice this week.
