Ok so I finally plucked up the courage to stand on the scale. 61kg. Not too bad actually, I was kinda expecting 64kg or so.
I've been pigging out so often. Stressful time at work and I just kept turning to junk food. And once I met a deadline I'd celebrate with more junk food. Some weekends, actually most, I'd just be on the couch eating the whole day. Zero activity save for that. And I'd eat till I got really tired. Quite a vicious cycle. There were some good days, but few and far between. And it's not as if my good days were really good either. So I'm hoping to get back on track, exercise more and eat more healthily and in moderation. I've started to skip again, I used to do that when I traveled for work. Not tremendous, about 1500 but enough to work up a sweat. Hope I can keep this up. I've put on more than 10kg in the last 3 years, being based overseas traveling lots and just eating a lot to cope with tiredness and loneliness. Of course I like to eat so that doesn't help! So I hope to lose some of that weight and have more energy again. Fingers crossed...

I love carbs! Oh gosh bread, cereal, fruits, rice, etc. almost impossible to stick to 20g per day, that's like 80 calories of carbs? I really admire those who can and wish I could. I'll keep trying...
