New to here
Hi all. I just started yesterday, and so far so good. If I read the scale right, I've already lost close to 6 pounds! I'm sure it's mostly water weight (been going to the bathroom A LOT!), but it's still encouraging.

To ireneh124, I tried this 2 years ago, with very good results, but I only lasted 9 days in Phase 1. I'm committed to riding it out this time, and so should you! You can do it! And I'm sure you will be happy with the results...
