trying to cut down my creamer intake with my coffee... I already only use about two servings per large cup of coffee but heyi thats 70 cals... lol.. so I am tring to cut it down to one serving.. so far its kinda crappy lol... I don't drink soda and barely any tea or anything else but water and coffee so I really see no need to get rid of coffee altogether maybe I should switch back to a soda in the morning instead of coffee.. but there is something about that warm cup in your hands first thing in the morning... never thought I would end up loving coffee soo much... its kinda weird..

well I was lucky today. I won a xbox 360 and kinect through a radio station... so I went and got me the biggest loser workout for the kinect I am going to start it later tonight after I put my kids to bed and see how it goes from there. I figure it can't hurt...
