Saturday 8th May
Ok, If I'm going to be able to complete the fitness test I need to pass to get into the OTC next October I need to lose some of the weight.
I don't think I'll have lost all the weight by then, I've done this before and failed because I'm just not realistic but hopefully I'll have dropped 30lbs of it by then (about 1.5lbs a week - I think that's doable).
I'm going to follow Weight Watchers again because I have before and it worked, I just need to actually follow it properly and keep a points record not guestimate.
I'm also going to try and keep up going to the gym doing the run I need to be able to do and the rowing. Not sure about the weights yet, for now I'll just keep up with what I've done but mayby try and see what would be best to do.
I want to try and do the sit ups and push ups at least every day! Really I want to be fit mainly, but I am aware that I am overweight and it would be so much easier to if I was a more normal size.
I've set the start date as monday because it's been planned that we're going to pizza express tonight and I don't when I'll be able to go shopping and start planning out the food.
I am going to weigh in every week, whether it's bad or good but can't actually be sure I'll be able to keep writing a journal entry as majour exam revision needs to start NOW!
