Not weiging myself yet. I am, however, off to a good start. Still not eating as well as I should but, I am keeping the calories down. More importantly I am exercising. Riding bikes with the kids. They are at their dad's this weekend. I plan on spending my time outside.

OK. Let's start this thing. Iknow, I'm up way too late. I'll still get up fairly early tomorrow and I will exercise. I am trying to eat healthier and get out of the house and walk. Small steps. I will get there.

Crap! yesterday I weighed 219.8 (not 219.1 like it shows) I gained. I had donuts. I really need to exercise. I'm going to bed early so I can wake up and exercise. Disappointing.

It's the weekend and I usually do bad on the weekends. I'm doing pretty good still. I am eating better but not good enough. Still too many carbs. Not enough fruits and veggies. I need to get into the mindset that fruits and veggies are REALLY yummy and I REALLY want to eat them. Then I have to convince my husband that he doesn't need to bring home the junk food. That's the hardest part.

Ok i weighed myself in the middle of the day last time and was actually 222. I took off 5 lbs as a correction for eating and stuff. So now I weighed myself first thing in the morning and nekked. I lost 2 lbs. Tee hee! I have been trying to eat better and less. I think I am succeeding on that front. As for the exercising.......welllll.....not so good at that. I know i have to get more physical to lose. i will.
