Actually I started 2 weeks ago. I'm 5 lbs lighter already. We'll see if recording a journal, and attempting to stay focused will be successful.

Exercising regularly is starting to feel good (again). My ankles don't quite hurt as much, my knees don't twinge, and my feet don't fall asleep. I'm not going to claim I'm "energized", but I'm not as down in the dumps as I was a couple of weeks ago. I have to work to remember how important it is for me to keep working towards "that better me".
