working out with more intensity - scale is hardly moving, but I do not hit 131.5 anymore.

I have been working on building more muscle, and my appetite has increased. Even tho I am addicted to the scale, I rationalize with myself about how muscle weighs more than fat, and that it's okay if I gain a pound or two.
Yet I know that gaining will freak me out - just like when I fluctuate.
If I can abstain from alcohol, that would be a big plus.
God bless all our kitties: Jet Li, and Dusty - we miss you very much!!!
