Haven't been tracking as much lately--been focused on the quality of the food we're eating rather than the macronutrients. Seems to be working alright. Got to the gym 3 times last week, hoping for 4 times this week.

Day 2 is down. Headaches weren't as bad yesterday. The Pad Thai recipe was awesome. The only thing about yesterday is that I may have relied a bit too much on fruit late in the day--need to find raw veggies that are good to grab.
Crossfit was heavy split jerks--205 is a new PR for me there. WOD was
15 min AMRAP
800m run
9 pull-ups (I scaled jumping pull-ups)
9 burpees
400m run
15 jumping pull-ups
15 burpees
200m run
21 jumping pull-ups
21 burpees
I got all the runs down and maybe 9 jumping pull-ups before time was called.
