Just Starting over again! So angry with myself. After getting married in '09 and never hitting my goal of 118, I married at the weight of 132. Since, I've stayed in the 141 range, and can't break it. I'm feeling it's the hitting 30, although that is a tad of an excuse.
No apologies, or excuses. No one to lean on, rely, or blame. This is the day my life begins. It's up to me.

Didn't follow diet all of memorial weekend, but have been strict since Tuesday, so lost a pound, which is good because of all the cheating :) Determined to kick but the next week, because then I go to Yosemite on Thursday!

Today is day 1 of Phase 2. I am pleased with the diet, and am dedicated to staying on it until I hit my goal of 118. I weighed 128 today as well, so that is a total of 3 pounds for the first week. My goal was 4, but I am positive and happy to be loosing weight in a healthy way. I had a large glass of wine last night, otherwise I may have loss the complete 4.
I only have 10 more pounds to loose! I will loose it!

Getting stronger mentally. Rather enjoying my healthy eating schedule, knowing that I'm tricking my body into thinking it's full by eating every 3 hours. Don't really even need the snacks too often. I get moments of wanting to relapse & cheat by eating something bad, but just remind myself what's important. I'm sick of being the girl who always diets and wants to be skinnier. I am dedicated to following this diet until I get to my goal of 118. My goal is the lowest weight for my height bracket, but I mentally feel better at that weight. I'm finnally feeling as if I'm loosing weight the correct way, and learning better ways to eat in the process. I think this has been the easiest diet for me to follow, & enjoy. Yay for Extreme Fat Smash ;)
