I'm a fucking fat ass!! not eating breakfast or lunch anymore unless I have to..I have to do something about how nasty I have gotten. looking into getting a stationary bike maybe or a gym maybe. idk I just have to get rid of all this fat, it makes me depressed

I weighed myself in at 116 lbs. but I don't see that I've lost weight and I don't feel it either. I think I'm going to get a new scale today.

no clue but most likely gained back due to work pitch-in and rents insisting on going out to eat

1turkey &swiss sandwich
2.5 cups pretzels/duo cheese its
2 zebra cakes
1 large pc of cake with a lot of icing

2.5 pieces of pizza (streets of ny)
1.5 sprite
2 small pcs of Passion bread

still to go: 17.0 lb

Breakfast: 5 bowls lucky charm cereal with 2% milk
Lunch: None
Day Snack: 1/4cup animal crackers
Dinner: Veggie Burger and chips with water
Night Snack: Ice Cream or zebra cakes

I really need to stop this!! I dont know why Im doing this to myself. This sucks!!!!!
