I am so bad going over my count and not working out. :(

So I had been bad about eating and yet I lost some wight. I have not been entering what I have been eating latly due to being way to busy to do it and I had forgotten what I did eat. today I will try to workout and eating better.

Well I am going up and down. I eat way to much crabs. there are days when I am under my count and days when I am over. How do I stay on track????? we will see about going down to one soda per day then quit drinking them. need to eat more veges.
