I am so glad I changed my diet. I feel like I am accomplishing my goals again. It feels so good to eat healthy and accomplish something at the same time!

I have changed to a more specific "diet" because I have been stuck for so long and then even gained weight back! I really want to finish losing my last 10 lbs and really tone up and get into a bikini! We are going on a family trip for Christmas to the Caribbean and I want to look HOT by then. So I have set that as my goal date.
I have never really been a dieter, so this is the first real "diet" I am going on. I am using the Flat Belly Diet, which is based on a Mediterranean diet. I am starting my diet with a 4 day cleanse...and then I plant to stick to the Mediterranean diet with a goal of 1600 calories per day, 4 meals per day at 400 calories and monounsaturated fats with every meal.

I am nearing my last 10 lbs to lose and I am stuck. I have been keeping the same weight or else gaining weight. I can't seem to drop the last 10-12 lbs.
