Hi, My Name is Donna Marie and I lost one hundred pounds years ago by following the atkins diet. About four years ago I met and started dating a guy who LOVED to eat and drink red wine. I gained 30 pounds, we have broken up, no more drinking for me but I can not stay away from the carbs. I am trying to walk fast for an hour a day and do good during the day without the carbs but find myself eating a lot at nigh. here is an average day.


Breakfast
BODY FORTRESS - SUPER ADVANCED WHEY PROTEIN, 1 SCOOPS 170 calories 7 grams of carbs

Lunch Mcdonalds - Cheeseburger (Website), 1 Sandwich 290 calories (although less as I only ate one bun 33 carbs Typically I have another shake but the grandkids wanted Mcdonalds

Dinner
Mcdonald - Chicken Nuggets 4, 3 pieces 140 calories 9 carbs 
General Mills Cereal - General Mills Lucky Charms Cereal, 1 1/2 Cup (27 g) 220 calories 44 carbs 
Milk - Reduced fat, 2% milkfat, 0.5 cup 61 calories 6 carbs

Snacks
Bananas - Raw, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) 53 calories 13 carbs
Kellogg's - Fruit Loops Cereal, 2 cup 220 calories 52carbs 
