Well this was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting to gain some but I lost some instead. I'm good with that. lol So that started my week off on the right foot. It's kind of exciting to know I'm getting closer to my goal weight. It lifts my confidence and motivates me to want to do more to gain those good habits. Watching those movies, Sick, Fat and Nearly Dead, 1 and 2 helped motivate me as well. Hey I wish you all a great week. Keep up the good work. Success is just over the hill.

I am finally back to my lowest weight in 3 years. I feel really good about that.My once tight fitting pants are becoming more comfortable to wear.I'm looking forward to get back into some of my old close which still look new. I wish you all an awesome day.

It's so hard to be good on the weekends.Especially when you have banana nut muffins sitting around, taunting you. So, I got rid of them... I ate them... That ought to show those little buggers who's boss. lol Well, onward and downward we shall endeavor to go. I wish you all a great week ahead.

Well I see my increase in exercise payed off. I broke that 230lbs barrier once again and then some. I cut back on sugary drinks and increased my water intake. I was able to fit into a pair of pants that I hadn't been able to get into for a while. That was a good feeling. So, I wish you all success in your desire to win at losing. Have an awesome day.

Well that sucks. I gained a hair. I'm back in the 230lbs territory. Well pizza and pop can have a profound impact on ones diet.lol Well I was kind of expecting it but, I wouldn't have been disappointed if was wrong. So, I amped up the exercise today and we'll see how that works out.I know I need to do something more everyday so maybe this will be the kick-in-the-butt I needed. I hope everyone has an awesome week.
