It may appear the weight loss is great but in actuality it is due to the first weight coming from a different scale which I think was not calibrated the same. I am plugging away though...one day....one meal at a time....LOL

I quit smoking and gained weight but I know I can get it off!!!!! But....UGH!!!!! I think the issue that has me the most scared is that my 25 year old son is having heart problems. Due to my genetics...he has high triglycerides...1800!!!!! I love my son and this scares me to death! I have fought my weight all of my life and so has he....and he is one of six children I have. They injected him with radioactive material so he was not even able to hold his infant son for two days.....and that sucked for both of them. I have to be the best me I can be for me and all of my children....even though they are all grown...but damn I hate the diet process...the eat right process or whatever people call it....I love food...and unfortunately this is an unrequited love....LOL
