This was a bad day, I ate everything I could get my hands on. Started out bad, and I don't know why. I am getting up early tomorrow and going jogging, and beginning the day new, ready for a fresh start. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow at the Y, and then record on this site.

I have now since Feb. 2011 been exercising on a regular basis. Now it's time to start eating to loose weight. I am going through the change and I have recently lost 20 pounds, so now I want to begin a different diet plan that will help me as a 50 year old women. I'm ready to begin today!
