I guess I shouldnt have marked that I am on the Paleo diet, although I have heard a little about it, and like the idea. I would call what I am on my own plan. I am not eating anything that comes out of a box or any kind of processed foods for a bare minimum of 21 days. I am eating fruits, veggies, yogurt, meat (trying for lean), one cup of coffee per day with half n half and no sweetner, iced tea unsweetened and lots of water. I'm trying to keep it balanced at 30% protein, 20% fat and 50% carbs because I read that is the optimal balance for weightloss while maintaining health. I am on 2000 or less calories per day, adveraging about 1800. I've done my yoga three times in the last week and a half, I would do it more but on the very morning before I started my first time of yoga I actually pulled a rib somehow. I've been eating ibuprophen a could times a day but the thing is still out a week and a half later. time for the chiro or a good massage.

feeling pretty good haven't been tired during the day like I anticipated. love everything I am eating so I don't feel deprived. so far so good and dropped 7 lbs pretty quick, so that's great. I doubt it will keep coming off that easy. the yoga feels good.
