So I decided since I’ve cut out so much of my old bad eating habits, that when I reach my 20lb weight loss mark I’m having Chinese take out!! Lol I know it sounds crazy but I haven’t had takeout/fast food in over 3 months. 3lbs to go lol.. then of course back on track

Had an emotional day yesterday! Not because I’m not doing well, in fact I’m very proud of the changes I’ve made and continue to make. I’m down 15lbs and am truly determined to continue to get where I need to be. But the temptations I face everyday seems to be getting harder. And the emotional part comes from these temptations always offered by friends/coworkers and sometimes even my husband. I know they all love and care for me but they don’t seem to understand how much it hurts when they ALWAYS ask me if I want some, and of course it’s stuff I can’t. The worse part is after I say no (which inside I’m screaming yes) the say are you sure.. uuuggg 😡😡 of course I want some, of course I hate that I have to say no, of course I hate the fact that I have to watch what I eat, of course I have to be the fat one and can’t have what I want, but I always end with yes I’m sure, thank you though. Ye
