I'm a nerd, who used to be a really hot nerd. Then I gained some weight. I still look good but I miss my abs. In high school I was in dance and theater. I'm 4'10" and I've been everywhere from 90 to 126 lbs. In case you're wondering that's every weight from 'underweight to overweight" on the BMI scale.
I look gross at 90. I'd rather be where I am now than how skinny I was then. But I can also tell the difference in my health now than when I was 100-105. I get tired more quickly, I cannot stand my thighs rubbing together when I wear shorts (dancer legs to flabby inners is not a good thing). I can't run around with my little cousins like I used to.
I've lost weight from 115 down to 100 again rather quickly for a friends wedding, I looked awesome,felt like ick. And it all came back with a vengeance and with some extra fat as a friend. I'm 26 and want to look like a fitness model by the time I am done. LOL. Hey they say, "Shoot for the moon; If you miss you'll still be among the stars." So wish me luck!
