So I finally got my results from my cardiologist. I am healthy as they come. No heart problems. My vitals were all good as well. However, I need to seek professional help due to my panic disorder. When I had to wear the 48 hour heart monitor, they were able to see every time I had a panic attack due to the spike in my heart rate, no surprise there. I been having panic disorder since I was 8, I've talked to so many different people in my past and nothing worked, and the meds I ever was prescribed, made me worse, so I refused help for years. Now that I am older, they have gotten worse so I think i am going to go ahead and try one more time. The last time I spoke to someone was when I was 20 years old. I am 31 now and think maybe it's worth a shot. Any ways, he was happy to see that I lost weight. The last time I went to him I was up at 342 lbs. I told him I feel like it isn't good enough and he gave me such an inspirational lecture, that it's better than nothing and to keep up the good work. He also told me to NOT consider bariatric treatment. He said I am not in any life threatening conditions and I am able to do it on my own. He said the bariatric treatment is for those who are in life threatening situations due to their weight. He wants to me to keep losing before I do start having problems etc, because I am big myself obviously. So I am going to work extra harder and try to get this gone on my own.

My diet consists of mostly clean eats. and I usually eat the same thing almost everyday lol. The only oil I use is coconut oil. I rarely eat any fast food/junk etc..I try to keep my calorie intake below 1500. I was doing that 21 day fix that had healthy high fats involved, but found it difficult due to my crazy home schedule. I admit I haven't been working out as hardcore as I usually would cause my kids are out of school for summer. Going to have to change my working out schedule to the evenings so I can have free time. I plan on seeing a dietician as well to find out what I can actually do that is perfect for me, cause I am confused as to why I am maintaining my weight when I should be losing...Maybe its the lack of workout, cause I sure don't eat crazy. 3 meals a day sometimes a snack in between, sometimes I don't even have snacks and yea I suck at keeping my food log on here...I however keep track in my journal.
