no, i did not lose two pounds in a day, I think it is more the difference between my scale and the scale at Curves, but as that one is the official for my monthly weigh-in, that's the one I will go with for this week.
and, Halleluia !!!!! I passed my Air Force PT test today with a three point margine!!!! I did the three mile walk test in 40:24 which got me a cardio score of 40.5, which brought up my over all score to a 78.
I am so psyched!

between a high stress week and a cocktail hour fundraiser, I was very suprised to be down a pound this morning

trying out the Curves diet with some success, but I think I will see more when I go to phase three. the 1600 calories has been too restrictive, even with the higher protein, I can't seem to get enough to eat when I follow the program exactly and my current work schedule has been causing fits as well
I hope to get some good ideas and support through the group.
