I've been trying to stay between 300 and 500 calories per meal. Not so hard. harder to not snack at all. That's where my calories add up. It's working, I'm beginning to melt!

Gave up splenda in my tea - 6lbs ovet the weekend lost. Finally decided to believe all the articles and try it - amazing results. Bloat is gone!
