Sorry I have not logged on in awhile but life has been hard and to come back to my desire to eat and live healthily took a lot of work. Well today I'm excited because i weighed myself in the middle of the afternoon and my weight was 135. 4 meaning that when I weigh myself tomorrow morning it will be even less....Yayy im on my way/ LatelyI have been taking my Contemporary modern dance class which intensely works up a sweat but I just love to dance. In the evenings I have been pursuing m love for Korean by taking the Korean 1 class. It has helped to fill in the gaps of what I already know about the language. Right now I am tired and ungry so lets go scrounge up something deliious and healthy before I have to be off once again to other pursuits

In about a week I leave for field training and I am exited and nervous but I plan to use this chance to loose some weight get some good eating habits and lose some other bad habits that have taken over my life gahh~~~

So lately I must admit that I have got off track. have had papeprs due the QFR and field trianing preparartion to deal with. But Im back and reinvigorated for several reasons. One being that took the PFA and passed after not having worked out connsistently for a good month. Secondly when I got my height and weight done I discovered that i lost one inch around my waist I once was a 32 now i am a 30 woohoo!!! that means something I have been doing lately is workng. Lastly today i watched a presentation on binge eating and I was so thankful that it wasn't me and also that I might have a semi-mild case of binge eating problem at least when it comes to candy and sweets.So aja aja fighting DEANNA you can do consistency!!
