self hypnosis worked to get rid of junk food- however did not help with overall kj intake. Better choices but same if not more kj due to nutritionally dense- have to watch portion sizes better. but still better food instead of rubbish, next step is purchase a smaller plate (kids size).
very happy with healthier food, feel a lot better.

Too many birthdays this month - hate wasting food!!! too expensive to buy so when someone or some-ones buys/makes you cake or pull apart- someone has to eat it (they can leave it behind and forget it...is it being nice or some form of sabotage??? anyway after a week of giving away food and eating too much, am now trying to retrain taste buds again = AWAY FROM SUGAR.
One more birthday next week,try to restrain this time.
will weigh in the morning-not game to look.

Having trouble avoiding junk snacks, was told about healthy eating self/sleep hypnosis that is on you-tube think will try it (can't do any worse than nothing)
