I started my weight loss journey June 25th at 260 pounds. I have tried losing weight many times, I just needed some quick motivation so I started phentermine (I go to the doctor monthly and get everything checked out) I have been on phentermine for 4 months and have gradually lost quit a bit of weight. During my phentermine intake I changed my diet drastically and ate clean and healthy (with of course some cheat days!) The past month my weight loss has stopped, so I started the 21 day fix workouts by Beachbody, 30 minutes a day isn't so bad! I have lost 10 pounds just by working out! I plan to lose a lot more and am excited for my new body and healthy lifestyle!
