My name is Dana I am 47. I have been married to my hubby for 27 years!! I have 2 great kids... a daughter who is 23 and a son who is 20!! Very proud and love them all very much!!. I live in Northern Mi- Gods country. It is beautiful and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. My hubby had a heart attack almost 2 years ago at 45- that is what started our journey to get healthy and take better care of ourselves. We have been working hard ever since to get where we need to be. It has been a long hard journey but we will get there!

Qsymia anyone?
I started Qsymia June 15th. As of this morning I am down 15 lbs. I started with the 3.75 and then went up to the next 7.5 but did not like how it made me feel. So my Doctor and I decided to stay on the 3.75 to see how I would do. It is a slower weight loss but I feel great!! and I think 15 lbs is pretty good for just over 2 months!. I will say though... I do exercise 5-6 days a week for 40 mins if not more, and I have changed my eating habits drastically. But I started the exercise and diet change about 6 months before I started Qsymia and lost only 3 lbs. That is why my Doc ( who I see monthly while on Qsymia) suggested it for me. The only thing now is my blood pressure ( I have had high blood pressure for 4 years and on meds for) Is starting to go higher Sad

I am hoping my doc adujusts my meds before she takes me off Qsymia first. I only have about 11 lbs to go to get where I would like to be before I get off. I hope everyone is having as much success as I feel I have. I have had just had a bit of tingly hands and feet during workouts as side affects . and I think it works great as an appetite surrpresant the longer you take it. Also drink lots of water!
