How often does everyone weigh themselves? I tend to do it every 2 weeks or so because otherwise I find my weight fluctuates

Rice with roast chicken and half an avocado (would have liked spinach but it was off), drizzled with soy sauce and honey. 640 calories, which is more than I’d liked but I didn’t have breakfast so 😉👍🏼👍🏼
